LFS Convey-infeed-closing Unit

Applications:

LFS conveyor-infeed-bag closing unit which is constituted by automatic sewing machine head,  bags infeed device, belt conveyor and a column.

 

It is suitable for stitching packing of paper bags and woven bags after bag top folding e.g. foodstuff ,fertilizer, feed & chemicals.

 

Functions: convey bags, auto feed in bags, bag top folding or non-floding, auto start-stop sewing, auto cutting threads.

 

Sewing head can be selected:GK35-6 series, GK35-8A,GK68-6,GK68-9, DS-9 series, DS-7 series, DS-11 series

 

Bag infeed device can be selected:CP4900/CP4900F, CP6900/CP6900F, 4900SS, 6900SS

 

Belt conveyor: 2.5m(LFS2500), 3.0m(LFS3000) or longer; Width:400mm;

4.Bag top folding depth:30-60mm;

5.Start-stop:automatically by photo switch;

7.Stitch length: adjustable from 6.5-11mm, standard setting 8mm;

 

You can make up a complete set as you like ,for example LFS2500+CP4900+(GK35-6A) which is constituted by a 2.5m conveyor, CP4900 bags infeed, GK35-6A sewing machine head, a column and its control box.

If you have belt conveyor by yourself, you can purchase it without conveyor.
