Applications:
KS-14D craft bag sealer sealing speed is 7-10m/min, heating block power is 0.5x8kw, total power is 5.5kw, bag type is 4 plies paper bag with inner PE liner;
KS-14D craft bag sealer's procedure including: trimmer, dust cleaner(optional), sewing head, heat seal tape, heating block, press roll;
KS-14D craft bag sealer could fit with different conveyors as automatic high speed operation so that to made idea packing with lower cost. Also work with automatic packing line system to make high speed and automatic complex and perfect packing solution.
Working Process：Step1: Trimmer→Step2: Dust Cleaner(optional) →Step3: Sewing Head→Step4: Hot Melt Tape→
Step5: Heating Block→Step6: Press Roll
